This little guy made an appearance at 659 Wellington ave. White and blue budgie. Unfortunately, my coworkers didn't consider containing it and bringing it to the WHS. So the bird is still out and about. If someone is looking for their pet, he was seen at this location August 19th around noon. Maybe come put some flyers up in the area if this is your little friend.
