LOST LOVEBIRD (70 St SE & 17 Ave SE)

Finn-ona was outside in his cage enjoying today's sunshine on my apartment
balcony but somehow managed to push out his pellet tray and fly away. He is 4
yrs old, a Dutch Blue, hand raised since birth, very friendly, and responds to
his name. I live in Calgary's Applewood area, 17th Ave and 70th Street so he may
be around this area. Please email me or call me ASAP if you have seen him or he

Hello everyone,

I am new to this board. I work for a humane society and we sometimes get bird or
parrots in as strays. Some will have leg bands which we would like to trace to
find the owner of the bird. Unfortunately, there is no fixed registry as there
is for dogs and cats, and often we run into a dead track trying to find the
owner.

Currently we got a love bird in with the following leg band: xxxx. Any idea if
there is a possibility of finding the owner?
