Tout comme les humains, les oiseaux peuvent \u00e9prouver le manque saisonnier de lumi\u00e8re d\u00fb \u00e0 nos climats nordiques.\u00a0 Plusieurs impacts psychologiques peuvent apparaitre chez nos oiseaux comme l’irritabilit\u00e9 et les sautes d’humeurs. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 physiologique, le manque de lumi\u00e8re naturelle incluant les UVA et UVB peut provoquer des carences en m\u00e9latonine et autres proteines\/enzymes, et qui peuvent se faire observer, entre autre, comme une p\u00e2leur des couleurs du plumage.<\/p>\n

Il sera donc int\u00e9ressant, sur les conseils de votre v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire aviaire de vous procurer des lampes aviaires.<\/p>\n

Just like humans, birds can experience the seasonal lack of light due to our northern climates. Several psychological impacts can appear in our birds such as irritability and mood swings. On the physiological side, the lack of natural light including UVA and UVB can cause deficiencies in melatonin and other proteins\/enzymes, which can be observed, among other things, as a pale color of the plumage.<\/p>\n

It will therefore be interesting, on the advice of your avian veterinarian, to obtain avian lamps.<\/p>\n
