Picture or poster :Can't be sure, but my mom says she may have seen someone's lost bird. Very colorful blue with red or orange. Flew away very quickly but definitely not the average bird to see on the Summerside boardwalk. It was near the parking lot where the bird feeder is. If anyone knows the lady in Charlottetown who lost her bird in January, maybe let her know?
