Habitudes et personnalité :
Sam est curieux et sera facilement manipulable avec de la constance. Il vient sur la tête, sur le téléphone et il vient manger dans la main aussi. On pratique le HOP mais il est encore nerveux au contact d’une main ou d’un humain. Il protège beaucoup sa Jade et est jaloux avec d'autres mâles. Donc à faire attention s’il y a d’autres oiseaux, il faudra une surveillance.
Jade est plus réservée et nerveuse face à l’humain et elle se cache beaucoup en arrière de Sam. Par contre, elle n’a pas peur de chasser d'autres oiseaux qui oserait s'approcher de Sam. Elle est curieuse, adore les noix de grenoble, et j’ai réussi à la faire venir dans la main pour des noix. Elle adore jouer et explorer.
Habitués à vivre en liberté dans une pièce exclusivement pour eux, très peu manipulés et très peu de contact avec l’humain. Libre du matin au soir et la cage uniquement pour dormir. Ils sont nourris au tropican lifetime 4mm et du frais tous les matins. Ils passent plus de temps en cage qu’avant car ils sont dans une pièce avec 8 autres perroquets. Ils ont quand même un minimum d’une demi-journée de liberté mais c’est très difficile de les remettre en cage. Ils auront besoin d’une personne qui aura la volonté et le temps de les habituer aux humains et de leur apprendre les commandes de bases (Hop). Ils aiment beaucoup jouer, se suspendre, se percher sur le bord d’une fenêtre. Ils sont toujours ensemble et ont une super relation!
Les oiseaux doivent être adoptés ensemble car ils forment un couple et ne doivent en aucun cas être utilisés pour de la reproduction. Il n'y a aucun frais d'adoption pour eux, seul leur bonheur importe. Ils viennent avec leur grande cage. Nous serons très sélectifs.
La raison de la mise en adoption :
La famille qui avait Sam et Jade ont dû s'en départir parce que la pièce qui leur était réservée est maintenant utilisée par le père de la fille. Comme elle à des chiens, elle ne voulait pas les mettre dans le salon ou ailleurs donc les a cédés pour adoption afin de faire le nécessaire pour trouver une famille pour eux.

Par conséquent et bien que cela ne soit pas sa mission principale, il arrive à titre exceptionnel et à sa seule discrétion que Perroquetsecours accepte d’intervenir pour aider une personne dans le besoin à trouver une nouvelle famille pour un ou plusieurs de ses oiseaux

Species : green cheeked conure and cinnamon
Age : 2 years old

Adoption date : May 2023 to find them another family

Habits and personality:
Sam is curious and will be easily manipulated with consistency. He comes on the head, on the phone and comes to eat out of the hand too. We practice the HOP but he is still nervous in contact with a hand or a human. He is very protective of his Jade and is jealous of other males. So to be careful if there are other birds, you will need surveillance.
Jade is more reserved and nervous in front of humans and she hides a lot behind Sam. On the other hand, she is not afraid to chase other birds that dare to approach Sam. I managed to get her to come in the hand with walnuts, she loves them. She loves to play and explore.
Accustomed to living free in a room exclusively for them, very little manipulated and very little contact with humans. Free from morning to evening and in the cage only for sleeping. They are fed tropican lifetime 4mm and some fresh food every morning. They spend more time in the cage than before because they are in a room with 8 other parrots. They still have a minimum of half a day of freedom but it is very difficult to put them back in the cage. They will need someone who has the will and the time to get them used to humans and teach them the basic commands( Hop). They really like to play, to hang, to perch on the edge of a window. They are always together and have a great relationship!
Birds must be adopted together as they form a couple and must not be used for breeding under any circumstances. There are no adoption fees for them, only their happiness matters. They come with their big cage. We will be very selective.
Reason for placing in adoption:
The family who Sam and Jade belonged to had to let them go because the room that was reserved for them is now used by the girl's father. As she has dogs, she did not want to put them in the living room or elsewhere so gave them up for adoption in order to do what was necessary to find a family for them.

Therefore, and although this is not its main mission, in exceptional circumstances and at its own discretion, it happens that Perroquetsecours agrees to intervene to help a person in need to find a new family for one or more of their birds.
