Greyish/black with yellow feathers on head and crippled foot. Found on sidewalk in oriole park in bad condition. Wounds and missing feathers. Nipped at first, eventually offered head to be scratched. Took to vet, got some pain killers and antibiotics. We think the owner posted something on parrot alert.com and took down the add on kijiji and we could no longer get a hold of them.
